Whether you drive a tiny hatchback or a huge SUV, your car says something about who you are. So how about making a statement with your car by adding some serious bling to it? Check out these stylish yet inexpensive ideas for turning heads when you go for a drive.

Get the basics right: Start off by pampering your car with a good wash. Do this regularly (once a month) for a gleaming car that looks well maintained. Wax your car for added shine.

Rims galore: Give your wheels a makeover with gold, alloy, or chrome rims. Why stop there? Add crystals and diamonds, real or faux to your wheels for some serious style.

Paint jobs: Bored of the same old grey, black, red or blue? Get a custom paint job for your car. Choose from thermochromic (colour changing!), metal flake, and pearl paints or go for finishes such as denim and snakeskin.
